Safari Restaurant, Mediterranean and east African cuisines features many different dishes all unique mixtures of diverse culinary influences. Main dishes vary from rice (Basmati) flavored with Cumin, Curry, Cardamom, Cinnamon and sage, Pasta (Bastoo) is served with a heavy tomato stew. Beef Busketii, thin sliced steak marinated with olive oil, spices and lightly breaded. Chicken Suqqar, slices of tender grilled chicken saueted with mild spices and vegetables. Fish Curry, sautéed with fresh cilantro coconut curry sauce served with a bed of rice. The menu includes an interesting new take on traditional dishes.

Have you ever tried Mogdishawi Appitezers, Galkacyo chicken Sandwich , Kismayo Fish Grill, Barbara Sandwich, Jigjiga Steak or Garisa Suqaar stew? Notice all those names are Somali names.
In my opinion Safari isn't typical Somali but Modern Somali Restaurant
